I don’t have an answer, but reading that page was like reading a branch of science fiction sometimes called alternate history. (An event in the past has come out differently, such as the South having won the Civil War, and a story is told about the alternate present.) With my Catholic upbringing, most things sounded almost right, but not quite: archbishops, dioceses, and so forth, but with odd names attached. Interesting.
