I have been reading the sour grapes posts at the red outlets this morning. I don’t know why I like to do that, really.

One of the reasons I stepped away from blogging about this sort of stuff is that in order to stay on top of things, I had to read in-depth everything I could get my hands on. In the end, it included reading a bunch of stuff that I had zero respect for just so I knew where the comments/posts around the blogosphere gained their genesis (let's face it, the overwhelming majority of blog posts are regurgitations of someone else's original text). One day I decided that it wasn't constructive to read that which I did not respect. And, keep in mind that "respect" is in no way equivalent to "agree".

It's good to read what the red outlets are saying. I read what the blue outlets are saying. I just try my best to stay away from the bat-guano crazy stuff (I know, insert joke here).

Personally, I put this award's credibility up there with the grammy in the country category that the Dixie Chicks received for a CD that their PR department (and they themselves) stated was NOT a country CD when it was released, along with Hillary's grammy for spoken word and Milli Vanilli's for best new album. I haven't really read much of anything but it's not sour grapes to point out that politics trumps all amongst certain sects.

I can just see the democrats now, counting on their fingers how many Nobel Peace prizes that they have won in my generation and pointing the other fingers at the republicans saying….wheres yours??

Maybe if there was a Nobel War Prize..

I'm guessing that Gore, if given the chance to choose, would've rather won his home state in 2000. :)

Glenn Beck erroneously noted on CNN last night some other notable winners...these guys were not winners, merely nominated: Benito Mussolini, Joseph Stalin, and everyones favorite...Adolph Hitler.

I read somewhere, Buck, that he was eager to get in if he saw Hillary falter, but that that he was not planning to get in now because he sees her as inevitable. I guess he's probably right.

What do you think of the possibility of Gore running for President?

Do you think Hillary is inevitable?
