Only Mantle was a better switch hitter. Trust me, I follow a LOT of baseball, read a lot of baseball writers & my wife has threatened me with the amount of the MLB network I watch (love that channel) and all the insiders and voters say that he's as certain for Cooperstown as Maddux & Glavine. We Georgians should all drop to our knees and thank Todd Van Poppel for his pre-draft stance that year (folks not in the know can look it up).
