I’ve changed my reading habits drastically over the last couple of years. Nowadays, my blog subscriptions are mainly dedicated to a small variety of subjects I’m profoundly interested in (meaning the political blogs decrease by the day). I read UU blogs about UUism. I read Biblioblogs about Bible scholarship. I read physics blogs about physics.
And I also read evolutionary biology blogs about…
…
…
religion.
Anybody run across an evolution blog about evolution (besides the Panda’s Thumb), please let me know…

Why do you think it is that evolution and religion mix so easily?
Seems to me that since evolution is science then on an evolution blog religion would not be brought up except by passing commenters.
But my blog reading is down to nearly nothing. I am spending too much time with the Kindle.
I check in on Buddy Don and Alice every day. I still get a kick out of Jay.
Me and my disc golf buddy had this conversation just yesterday afternoon. There is so much to read and so little time to read it. And in the long run it seems to just add to my increasing state of confusion.
I think a lot of biologist types have a chip on their shoulder about religion because of the relentless assault on their subject and education about their subject from fundamentalist types.
It’s kind of turned them into angry old men, screaming at the kids to get off my lawn every time they see anything vaguely religious in their peripheral vision.
In places where religion doesn’t make claims about the workings of nature, there tends to be a lot more relaxed attitude about the subject on both sides.
LOL. Too true. Seems we’ve thrown the baby away with the bath water in some instances.
