Since before our own Zach Wamp got into the game, it was easy for me to predict how the right would explain the crisis in the auto industry. It turns out that it has nothing to do with the big 3 making crappy cars that no one wants to buy, that the economy sucks and people can’t afford to buy cars, or that the auto CEOs and executives get seven figure yearly compensation for running their companies into the ground. It’s because of the damn unions. That’s right. Because people work hard and organize for compensation that will help them put food on their families in Michigan, the Japanese are taking a beating. Or something.
Stupid should hurt, and nobody says so better than this dude in Michigan.
