Limbaugh’s remarks in the link you provided were part of a bit on Hillary introducing “spade work” into the her speech about Obama a while back. Not your doing, of course, but it would be better for those hinting at racism to realize that, in this case, Limbaugh is making fun of Hillary’s use of the word, and thus adding it into his summaries. Same with the “Magic Negro” stuff, which came from left wing Democrat David “JC Watts is a house ni$$er” Ehrenstein.

He’s making fun of the left, using their own words.
