The Congressional Oversight Committe has drafted a letter that formally asks the Justice Department to initiate a criminal investigation on whether or not Roger Clemens committed perjury during the Feb. 13th hearing.
…Are they asking that Brian McNamee be investigated also? Nope.
…Could Brian McNamee wind up being investigated anyway? Possibly.

Thanks, Speaker Pelosi, for aiming this congress in the right direction & using taxpayer dollars to really focus on the real issues at hand. That I’m paying for some congressional staffer to look over the wording involved over a dispute about a bruise on Roger Clemens’ a$$ in 1998 really makes the “roll back the Bush tax cuts” mantra easier to swallow. Gotta be responsible fiscally, after all.
