It's the Tennessee River Gorge, at the boat ramps at bottom of the TVA Raccoon Mountain water pumping facility. The elevated area behind me in the video is part of the Cumberland Plateau, and I think it's technically a crop of Signal Mountain, but it isn't where most people think of when they think Signal. I like to hike at the top of that gorge - maybe I can bring back some pictures when I go on another clear day. Sometimes the haze screws everything up, but when it's clear, it's gorgeous.
