New Marketing Strategy
Since I think it is safe to assume that torture will now be accompanied by legality and legitimacy I was thinking about a new commercial for the Army.
Father and son are sitting in the porch swing while crickets chirp musically in the background. The father turns to his crisply uniformed son and says,
“Son, as soon as I got you home from the bus station you did two things that you have never done before, at least not at the same time. You duct taped me to your Mom’s ironing board and then held my head under the water in the bathtub until I lost consciousness. Where did that come from?”
Starry-eyed new recruit just smiles knowingly.
